Getting Started

First local businesses must complete an application. Once we
receive the application every applicant goes through a
background check before becoming a member.

Once membership has been granted, we supply the new
member with survey cards to provide to their customers. As
these cards are given to the customers each one must be
encoded by predetermined rules to ensure validity. We will
not process any invalid surveys. This ensures
every survey
received is from a valid customer. We will also supply our
member with membership emblems for them to use in any
advertising or promotion as well as displays.
What's Next?

After the surveys are received and shown to be valid, they
are entered into a database that will calculate the averages
for each member in several categories. These are complied
into reports and posted here for everyone to view at no cost.

We remain impartial by processing the information exactly
how it comes in. We will not alter or change any valid survey
in anyway. Once a survey is entered only one person can
delete it if it is deemed appropriate after a complete
investigation into the circumstances.
Why don't we just process all surveys?

The reason we require a validation code on all surveys
processed is to ensure that every one is valid and genuine.
We do not want duplicated or false data.
This again would cause inaccurate information.
